Color coated steel coil is produced by surface pretreatment (degreasing and chemical treatment) on substrates such as hot-rolled substrate, galvanized substrate, galvalume substrate, cold-rolled substrate, tin-plated substrate and stainless steel substrate, followed by roll coating one or more layers of liquid paint, then baking and cooling to form a coated steel sheet. It is mainly used in building roofs, walls, steel structure plants, home appliance panels, clean purification plants and other fields.

Description

Color coated steel coil is produced by surface pretreatment (degreasing and chemical treatment) on substrates such as hot-rolled substrate, galvanized substrate, galvalume substrate, cold-rolled substrate, tin-plated substrate and stainless steel substrate, followed by roll coating one or more layers of liquid paint, then baking and cooling to form a coated steel sheet. It is mainly used in building roofs, walls, steel structure plants, home appliance panels, clean purification plants and other fields.

Color coated steel sheet uses hot-dip galvanized sheet and zinc-iron alloy hot-dip galvanized sheet as substrates. After surface pretreatment, one or more layers of liquid paint are applied by roll coating, followed by baking and cooling. The coatings used include polyester, silicon-modified polyester, high-durability polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), epoxy and high-corrosion-resistance coatings. It is widely used in construction, transportation, home appliances, solar energy, furniture and other industries.
